Refund & Return Policy

At PNC Threads Co., we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging when applicable
Returned with any original tags, accessories, or included items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions after your return request has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Items missing their original packaging or included accessories
Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery

Shipping

Some items may ship separately and may take additional time to arrive.

We are not responsible for carrier delays after the order has been shipped. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect and we approve another arrangement.

Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, PNC Threads Co. may provide the payment processor with applicable order information, including order confirmation, shipping information, delivery tracking, and customer communications.
